Storrs Gate House is a lovely 19th Century detached Lake District bed and breakfast, situated opposite Lake Windermere where you can relax in luxury in sumptuous king-size four posters, king-size or twin bedrooms, with power showers, DVD players, satellite TV and luxury toiletries by The White Company. Offering personal service in beautiful surroundings. Please note: 2 night minimum bookings; 3 night minimum over Bank Holidays. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm your booking. A 2% handling charge applies to all credit card transactions. There is no charge for debit cards.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Storrs Gate House. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before A non-refundable deposit of GBP 50.00 is required. This will normally be processed on receipt of your booking. PLEASE NOTE 2% handling fee applies to credit card transactions - not applicable to debit cards. For cancellations made up to 7 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for any nights not re-let. Last arrival 21.30pm or "no show" will appl. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, Custom.

Transport  
Exit M6 at J36. Follow signs for Windermere (approx 16 miles), then Bowness down to the lake and boat piers (approx 1.5 miles). Join the A592 going south towards Newby Bridge. Pass Burnside Hotel on left. Pass Ferney Green Drive on left. Storrs Gate House is on the next junction, immediately after the signpost to the car ferry and Hawkshead.
