Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Flexi Lets. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before Notice period Charges payable:
Under 7 days - 100% of the total charges
More than 7 days - NO charge
Please note that for all weekend reservations a refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required.
Payment by Credit Card is subject to a non refunable 2.5% transaction fee.
FULL payment will be taken from your credit card at the point of booking.
Broadband MUST be ordered in advance of your booking.. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, Custom.
Transport
From M3 junc 4, take A331 towards Farnham/Guildford. At the 3rd exit on A331 turn off signposted to North Camp. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and at the next roundabout take the first exit to Aldershot into Lynchford Road where the property can be found on the right hand side.
