There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before Bookings can be confirmed with a non-returnable deposit from a valid debit or credit card. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel your booking. If we are unable to re sell your room you may therefore be charged and liable for the entire stay. However, if we resell your room then your full booking less any commission or bank charges will refunded back to your card.. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, Custom.
